Caitlyn and Ethan's story combines all the elements of overcoming obstacles, redemption, forgiveness, and grit! After getting married, they moved into an RV so they can focus on saving money and investing. They were able to purchase three single family homes during this period while also building a pressure washing company that they have since scaled to 7 employees entirely debt free. Their story doesn't stop there, however. Caitlyn shares an honest testimony about struggles her and Ethan had due to being overworked and how God redeemed their marriage over time. Today, they work side by side and have now focused on purchasing self storage facilities. They currently own two assets totaling nearly 500 units! have been married since age 19 and 20... They started out waiting tables and working retail jobs. Ethan was starting an exterior cleaning company and would do that in his free time. They grew that company to more than 7 employees and are debt free. They were able to purchase their first 3 investment properties because they lived in an RV for 5 years. They started buying single family homes and then realized we loved the idea of Storage Unit Facilities. They now own 2 facilities with a total unit count of 500 units.
