He is experienced in acquisitions, asset management, construction management, financing, and underwriting just to name a few. Before getting into real estate, David worked in corporate auditing and investment banking. He is also a serial entrepreneur and has been one since the ripe age of 13. As the CEO of the multifamily real estate software company Real Estate Lab, David is focused on managing the acquisitions and analysis process for multifamily investors as well as provide them with market data.
