Todd Bowen, Founder of Trinity Investment Group, shares his story from W-2 worker to full time real estate investor. Todd's model of investing works alongside non-profits in his community to provide housing for the massive demand of people needing a place to live. The non-profits will often master lease his building, providing him with a ready supply of paying tenants BEFORE he ever closes on a property. Todd shares why he thinks this is a model that can work in communities all across the country. He also sees this as a great way to share the love of Christ with people who need it the most. Todd' story is a true testimony of how real estate can be used as an incredible vehicle for Kingdom advancement and the power of one man who is willing to say YES to God.

Todd's Bio: 

Todd and his wife, Katie, have been married for 14 years and have two sons, ages 11 and 8.  They founded Trinity Investment Group, LLC, a real estate investment company in 2017 as a way to diversify their retirement investements.  Since then it's turned into a full time passion and mission.  They currently own 20 residential units in West Michigan. The majority of these are leased to local nonprofit organizations that provide housing for victims of human trafficking, domestic abuse, substance abuse recovery, reentry, and people suffering from homelessness and mental health issues.


Todd and Katie recently partnered with fellow Kingdom REI Mastermind friends on a 48-unit apartment complex in Ankeny, Iowa. They are also interested in the motel/hotel/office conversion strategy to increase the number of affordable housing units in their community. They hope to use the blessings God has given them to bless others and make a positive impact on the Kingdom.
