His company, The Moniker Group, has venues and spaces all across San Diego that thousands of people gather at every month. A third generation San Diegan with a passion for the city, it’s communities and people. Ryan began his post-college career in real estate development with Corky McMillin Companies, gaining experience in Land Acquisition and Site Development, supporting the acquiring and purchasing of property for development. Ryan later transitioned into digital marketing with Fifty & Fifty, a digital design and technology agency working with social impact clients such as World Vision and United Way, where he provided strategic services and served as VP of Business Development. It was during the same season that Ryan founded Moniker Group, beginning as a design services company for conferences and events. Since then, Moniker has grown into a design, retail, events and hospitality network having successfully launched brand concepts geared toward interior design, workspace community, large-scale events, food & beverage, as well as retail marketplace. Today, Moniker Group employs 50+ people and enjoys a generous physical presence in central San Diego with plans to expand throughout the city. Ryan currently serves as Moniker Group CEO, overseeing daily operations, new projects and brand partnerships. Ryan has perviously served on the Board of Advisors for Makers Church and Board of Directors for the San Diego Creative Foundation. He is also currently a committee member for Beach Cities Young Life. At home, Ryan enjoys free time with his wife, Kristen, daughter Shiloh and son Walker.
