Robert “Beau” Wiltshire is an active duty Soldier in the U.S. Army with over 14 years in Special Operations then he decided to transition to be a full-time real estate investor. About a year and a half ago, he heard Ellis's podcast show with Michael Blank talking about him being in the ministry and being able to pivot and use the things that he is passionate about, the gifts and things that he created to do to empower people and do a lot of great stuff, that's when he was enlightened on what he wants to do and which path to take. Coming from the military, he learned to overcome your fear, condition your faith and keep figuring it out. He labeled himself as a hardhaholic but his wife is the one who keeps him in transition, shifting him to another mindset and keeping him on the ground. In April 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic, he decided to purchase his first mobile home park. With this, he learned a lot. You need to put yourself in a room with people who think as you do, find faith-driven people, doing things with a purpose - building a business with Christian principles. She helps on how to grow your financial freedom and legacy through sustainable real estate syndications at the same time keeping Christ as the center of the mission. Late last year, they sold their house for 15 years and moved out and bought an RV then hit the road. They made a different plan that will be suited not for them but everyone else. They start meeting more and more people that have the same core values and faith as them. They were surrounded by people who supported them, mastermind is the key to their success.

Beau is preparing to retire from the US Army after 20 years of service, 15 of which have been in special operations units at Fort Bragg, NC. While digging into what his purpose for this next chapter was to be, he decided to focus on real estate to achieve time and financial freedom for his family. While visiting family for Christmas in 2020, his wife's uncle shared how he had begun helping build a ministry in Haiti called the Luken Foundation. We realized that we were setting our goals way too small and that God had a much larger purpose for us. In true military fashion, we began to build a team for purpose and are currently underway on our first fund to purchase Mobile Home Parks in NC. This portfolio will give us the opportunity to have a direct impact on the quality of life of hundreds of families and the excess cash flow to direct back to growing the Kingdom.
