When the tower collapsed in New York his best friend died. By 2008 he lost a 375 million dollars project with Lehman Brothers. That's when he wanted to jump off the building but magic kept him in the spirit and kept him in the game. He's got nothing out but he was able to get on his knees, surrender then built it up again, and keep going. That's where the Modern Wealth Building Formula comes in. He parlayed this success into a Staten Island waterfront development and began a mastery journey with Tony Robbins. While attending Tony Robbin's event in Hawaii, his waterfront development was terminated due to the World Trade Center tragedies.
